Description of Krut Computer Recorder 0.9.3

Krut is a screencast tool, written in Java, well suited for making video tutorials (instructional videos) on most platforms. Krut records movie files of selected parts of your screen in the quicktime mov format, including sound. In addition to a movie file, the program also records separate files for audio (wav) and video (mov), to allow re-encoding to any movie format using an external encoding program. The program has an intuitive and compact user interface.
